Shipping and Delivery Policy
The products displayed on our website are not located in Spain and are shipped directly from our manufacturers abroad. The estimated average delivery time is 7 to 25 business days. However, this may vary due to customs fees, postal VAT charges, strikes, and other factors beyond our control. We guarantee delivery of your product within 90 days of purchase. (If this deadline is not met, you may return your order without any conditions.)
Another important point is that the products arrive in Spain under competent supervision and will then be delivered to the destination cities. All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email address within 7 business days (unless there is a shipping issue on the part of the suppliers) and can be tracked from the time it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home. Delivery is always handled by Correios (the Spanish postal service); however, in some cases, such as when the recipient is absent, in regions with delivery restrictions, or for other reasons, Correios may leave a notification for product collection at the nearest agency to the address provided. If the order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. As this is an international order, tracking information on the Correios website may take up to 7 business days to appear after the tracking code is issued. The delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase. In the event of a product return due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is solely responsible. If delivery attempts fail, the package will be available for collection at the agency. If collection is unsuccessful, the package must be returned to the sender abroad. Once reshipment is confirmed, the delivery timeframe begins from the date of this confirmation, which is recorded in the order details.
