Exchange and Return Policy

🛡️ Warranty Policy

Our warranty only covers products with manufacturing defects , such as:

  • Incorrect or defective customization.
  • Visible manufacturing errors , such as incorrect embroidery.
  • Size different from the size chart: If the t-shirt is produced smaller or larger than indicated in the chart, we cover 100% of the value and assume the cost of shipping or refund.

⚠️ Important:

The customer has 7 days from receipt of the product to request the warranty.
If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to support@latribunafc.com with your order number in the subject line and attach images that show the error . Only with this information can we expedite the review and resolution of your case.

🚚 Logistical problems:

  • If the error is the store's in placing the address , we will resend the package at no cost to the customer.
  • If the error is the customer's when indicating the address , we are not responsible for resending.
  • If the problem is related to the transport company , we request a period of 7 working days to investigate the case and find the best solution.
  • This time is necessary to activate the shipping insurance for each package and thus refund the amount to the customer or resend the order .

❌ When the warranty does NOT cover 100%:

  • Size chosen incorrectly by the customer:
    • If the shirt is the correct size according to the chart but the customer chose incorrectly, the case will be reviewed .
    • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
    • Products without personalization may be evaluated to see if an exchange is possible.
    • In the event of an exchange due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs . The new t-shirt will only be shipped once the returned product arrives at our warehouse.

✅ When the store assumes full responsibility:

  • Any manufacturing error or delivery error (wrong product, defective product or with measurements different from the table).
  • In these cases, the store will send a new t-shirt or refund the amount paid , assuming all shipping costs.

📏 Pay attention when choosing the size!

  • Always check the size chart before buying.
  • You have 24 hours after payment to request any corrections to your order.
  • After this period, the product may have been produced or shipped and it will not be possible to make changes.
